Dr. Jonathan Fainberg

Dr. Jonathan Fainberg is a urologic surgeon who specializes in the diagnosis, surveillance, and treatment of localized prostate cancer in New York, New York and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital. He received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine.

Dr. L. Spencer Krane

Dr. L. Spencer Krane is a New Orleans native, he graduated from Isidore Newman School in uptown New Orleans. He then attended University of Michigan for his undergraduate. Upon graduating Dr. Krane then returned home to New Orleans to attend Tulane School of Medicine, from which he graduated in 2007. After completing medical school he pursued a fellowship in minimally invasive and robotic urology at Henry Ford Hospital under the guidance of Dr Mani Menon, the father of robotic surgery. From there he continued his education at Wake Forest Baptist Health for training on regenerative medicine techniques with Dr. Anthony Atala and thus completing his Urology Residency. Following completion of his residency training he entered into a fellowship program at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda Maryland. While at the National Cancer Institute he was trained in the latest treatments for prostate cancer and in diagnostic techniques including MRI fusion guided biopsies.
Dr. Krane is currently specializing in patient specific customized medicine for treating urologic malignancies. He is incorporating new biomarkers, genomic classifications, epigenetic signatures, and imaging modalities to create individualized plans for his patients.
In his spare time Dr. Krane enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. Together they enjoy experiencing the New Orleans culture, attending festivals and outdoor venues.

Dr. Timothy McClure

Dr. Timothy McClure joined Brady Urology as a full time faculty member during the summer of 2016, providing his expertise to both the Departments of Urology & Radiology. Dr. McClure is an expert in imaging, image-guided therapy, and the minimally invasive treatment of urologic disease. Dr. McClure brings a unique training background to the department as he is not only a urologist, but also a board-certified radiologist who is fellowship trained in vascular and interventional radiology. Dr. McClure is a member of two distinguished centers at Weill Cornell Medicine: The LeFrak Center of Robotic Surgery, as well as the Center for Prostate Cancer Imaging, Diagnosis and Focused Therapy.
Dr. McClure received his undergraduate and Medical Degree from the University of Washington in Seattle. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the University of California, Los Angeles. He trained at both UCLA and The Ohio State University for his urology residency. Dr. McClure also spent a year as a Focused Ultrasound Surgery Foundation Fellow where he played an integral role in the development of the Uterine Fibroid Treatment Program and the Prostate MR Imaging Program at UCLA. His research and clinical interests are to further develop imaging and image guided therapy in both prostate and kidney cancers. He has authored papers and book chapters as well as given numerous lectures on these topics.
Patient care is paramount to Dr. McClure. He strongly believes in collaborative and multidisciplinary care. His goal is to utilize his expansive training to provide every patient with individualized care that includes a wide range of treatment options including innovative and minimally invasive procedures. Dr. McClure emphasizes the use of cutting-edge, minimally invasive treatments for urologic disease, and is actively involved in pioneering the further development of these therapies. He is a clinical champion of image guided therapy having performed the first HIFU and MRgFUS ablation for prostate cancer at Weill Cornell Medicine.
